Northern California CRB

Welcome to the Northern California CRB Chapter home page. We are a chapter of the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers which is an organization under the National Association of REALTORS®. It is recognized throughout the industry as the professional peer organization for brokerage owners and managers. The Council awards the CRB designation to those individuals who successfully complete the requirements and demonstrate excellence and expertise in real estate brokerage management. The Council currently has 7000 members who get management support, educational opportunities and other information.

Our local chapter is made of 95 plus members, most of whom hold the CRB designation or are in process of securing it. It is, however, not a requirement to hold the designation to be a member of our Northern California Chapter, but you must be a manager, broker or owner or a licensed real estate agent to become a member. Those of us in the Chapter recognize the opportunity to network and sharing occurs among many of the members. We are also the first chapter to be online - norcalcrb.com.

Recognizing the value of education we have linked our site to the National CRB website, whose address is at www.crb.com, to help owner or managers find out more about the requirements and courses that are given to help them earn their CRB Designation.
